NOBLE-Cut Rod
Characteristics: NOBLE - Cut Rod is a medium heavy coated electrode for metal cutting – process. It is applicable for all Ferrous and Non Ferrous metals. The special features of this electrode are smooth and fast cutting, piercing with minimum wastage and produce negligible slag, suitable for all positions.
Applications: NOBLE - Cut Rod is suitable for cutting and piercing carbon steels, stainless steels, low and high alloy steels and almost all non-ferrous metals and metals which cannot be cut by conventional cutting process.

Procedure for use :
Set the current appropriate and striking the arc, maintain the motion in sawing back and forth at the same time arc deeper into the metal. Push the arc in and out till the metal is removed. DC is used for best results.
